River City Stories is a love letter to central Pennsylvania, presenting a series of overlapping tales of people whose paths cross in a small rust-belt city. The film is a collaboration between filmmaker and journalist Wallace McKelvey and playwright Paul Hood.

The “River City Stories” cast includes Susan Bassler, Sharia Benn, Aaron Bomar, Aminah Carter, Rita Clarke, Vanessa Codorniu, Malcolm Coleman, Andrew Dixon, Erika Eberly, Chris Gibson, Jasmine Graham, Paul Hood, John “Chick” Lee, Chris Krahulec, David Payne, Amandine Pope, Xiuke Wei and Lisa L. Weitzman.
